Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email the moment the label scans; give USPS up to 24 hours to light up the tracking feed with movement.

We ship to the United States only. We’re a two-person shop without customs set up for international, so we don’t ship overseas today — and we’d rather say that straight than leave you waiting on a maybe. If that changes, we’ll announce it in the newsletter.
Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it and we’ll almost always make it work. Once it’s in a mailer, it’s on its way.
Rigid mailers, backing boards, no bends. We pack every order like we’re the ones opening it, because half the time we are — Nimbus Dispatch is small by design.
